Established in 1990, IPE-PROING is a leading company in the field of Project Management and Works Supervision, Architectural Design, Structural Design, Highway Design, Stability Assessment of Existing Buildings and Testing of Construction Materials.

With more then 35 year of its activity, each time IPE-PROING tried to follow up in the field of modern design. With the application of European standards for Design of Buildings and Bridges, we have managed to attract the attention of many design companies in the region, some of which have the bilateral cooperation and exchange of experiences with us.

Laboratory for Construction Materials and Structures

The Laboratory is a key component of the Institute for Design and Examinations IPE-PROING, offering comprehensive testing capabilities for concrete, soils, aggregates, asphalt, and steel. Additionally, we specialize in structural testing for buildings and bridges.

Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology from leading brands, including Controls, Wille Geotechnic, Proceq, DigiTexx, and BDI, enabling us to deliver full-service testing for both public and private projects. Beyond standard testing equipment, we also utilize advanced strain gauges, accelerometers, and displacement measuring devices (LVDT) to provide real-time data for structural diagnostics and assessments.

The Laboratory team is composed of highly skilled professionals with extensive experience, ensuring timely interpretation of test results and the delivery of accurate, reliable data. In recent years, our Laboratory has contributed expertise and services to various academic research and investigative projects throughout the Balkan region.

The PRISHTINA MALL Building has 240.000,00 m2, in 4-levels with 1,100 indoor parking places and ~5,000 outdoor parking places. Prishtina Mall building has 34-Sectors.
This project contains:

  • Indoor Parking Area 54.000,00 m2 with 1.2000 parking place

  • Stream storm water regulation 1.8 km (approximate value 270.000,00 €)
  • Water treatment from 3-wells ~10.0 l/sec with energy-block building 1.100,00 m2, with 4-water tank Whereas drink water tank 400 m3, Sprinkler 1200 m3, Hydrants 400 m2 and Service water 200 m3, all total 2200 m3. Inside the energy-block there is a factory for water treatment 10-12 l/sec.

IPE-PROING was appointed to supervise and manage the selected contractors. The work supervision is performed in accordance with Red FIDIC Conditions of Contract. This contract is a man-month based contract. In Prishtina Mall, works were completed in February 2023.
Works value approx.: € 180 million.

The Prishtine – Hani i Elezit (Route No. 6) Motorway has a length of approximately 65 km.
Motorway has Section C1, C2, C3.

This project contains:

  • Overpasses 18 pcs, length 40 – 80 m

This infrastructure project has been declared a priority project by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the general objective is to ensure the timely and cost-efficient construction of the Prishtine – Hani i Elezit Motorway in accordance with internationally accepted quality standards.
Hill International with IPE-PROING as subcontractor was appointed to supervise and manage the selected contractor.

The work supervision is performed in accordance with Yellow FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
Handed Over subsections up to date are: Section C1A, C1B, C1C, C1D.
This contract is a man-month based contract.
Motorway works have been completed for all sections: C1, C2, C3
Works value approx.: € 720 million.

The Morine – Merdare Motorway (Route No. 7) is extension of Albanian motorway starting from Durres and running through Tirana and ending up to Morine located in Albanian part and continuing through Kosovo territory starting at the border with Albania running through Prizren and ending up at the periphery of Prishtina. This motorway acts as a primary artery running from Durres, Tirana, Morina through Pristina, the capital of the Republic of Kosovo, connecting it with many of the country’s main cities and economic centers. Route No. 7 is a key component of the South-East Europe’s core regional transport network, connecting the Pan-European Road Corridor X in Serbia to the Port of Durres on the Adriatic Coast in Albania.
The Morine – Merdare Motorway has a length of approximately 117 km. Under the construction currently contracted 88 km divided in to nine sections.
The proposed route has been conceived according to EU and TEM standards with a design speed of 130km/h. The typical cross-section assumes the following parameters: carriageway: 2 x 7.5 m; emergency stopping lane: 2 x 2.50 m; shoulder: 2 x 0.1 m; median: 3.0m.
This project contains:

  • 19 bridges length from 30 m – 780 m
  • Overpasses 22 pcs length 30 – 80 m
  • Underpasses 28 pcs
  • Culverts 92 pcs
  • River & Stream regulation ~more than 5.0 km approximate value ~€ 4.6 mil.
  • Lagoons – Sediment Basin more than 60 pcs.
  • Interchanges 10 pcs etc,

Hill International with IPE-PROING as subcontractor was appointed to supervise and manage the selected contractor. The work supervision is performed in accordance with Red FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
Motorway works have been completed for all sections: 1, 2, 3, 4a, 4b, 5, 7, 8, 9.
